A lifted, aromatic Torrontés from 40-year-old vines grown at 1,000 meters in Tupungato’s high-altitude clay and rocky soils. Hand-harvested, macerated for 48 hours, and aged six months in concrete egg, this wine shows the grape at its most elegant: crisp, floral, and beautifully textured. Notes of rose, citrus, and fresh herbs lead into a bright, refreshing palate with natural complexity. Stunning as an aperitif and equally delicious with your favorite dishes.
