About This Wine
Columbia Gorge, Washington. Certified Organic | 100% Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé.
From a single vineyard planted in 1983 at 300 ft. elevation, this rosé is grown in the volcanic soils of the Columbia Gorge and made with a light hand. The grapes were destemmed and soaked on skins for 8 hours before a gentle press, then fermented with native yeast and allowed to complete full malolactic fermentation.
It’s dry and textural with a savory edge, thanks to that skin contact and no fining or filtering. Just 40 ppm total SO₂ added.
Fresh red berries, pink citrus, a little spice, and clean minerality make this an elegant, food-loving rosé—perfect with charcuterie, grilled fish, or a warm afternoon.
