Crete, Greece. Malvasia di Candia Aromatica & Vilana. Organically farmed.
Semissis brings together two of Crete’s most beloved indigenous grapes. Malvasia di Candia Aromatica lends vibrant fruit and floral aromatics, while Vilana — often called the “queen” of Cretan whites — adds acidity and structure. The result is a fresh, balanced white with notes of jasmine, ripe peach, butter, and pear, finishing long and harmonious.
Vinified with cold maceration and slow fermentation in stainless steel, Semissis shines as both an aromatic aperitif and a versatile food wine. Enjoy it well-chilled with seafood, pizza, pasta, or pork.
