A lifted, elegant Syrah that nods to the Northern Rhône, down to the label (a tribute to Raymond Trollat). Sourced from a mix of rocky, decomposed soils and sandy sites across Sonoma, this blend shows Syrah’s range and finesse.
Fermented 100% whole-cluster with indigenous yeasts in concrete, then aged in neutral 500L French puncheons and concrete vats. The result? A vibrant, savory red with peppery spice, dark fruit, and lifted aromatics. Light on its feet at 12.5% ABV, but big on character.
